Highlights of 2010-2011 Union budgets present some good data but they are surly not for common men. In the budget, government already has announced that there is need to review packages. We already have seen the results of NAREGA. There is no control on the price raise. On the one hand, Pranab Mukherjee introduced 2010-2011budgets and on the other hand, prices of petrol and diesel raises from today. What do you think? Does the budget fulfill the need of common men or it is only for industrialists or investors? Are there any differences between 2010-2011 Union budgets and Rail Budget 2010-2011?
