Microsoft and Yahoo Search Deal - Yahoo! Deals Premium Search Advertisement with Microsoft for 10 Years

Today, Search Engines –Yahoo! and Microsoft turned into gigantic corporate to challenge advertised search with Google. Yahoo! makes a deal with Microsoft for 10 years in search and advertisement. Ycorpblog.com which is official blog of Yahoo! writes,

Currently, Yahoo shares are in the fall about 7.8% and Microsoft shares are up about 1.5%. According to the analysts Google shares are also down about 1% but it is minimal than others.

How the deal will perform better result for consumer, which would be clear in coming future. However, the deal has created a history in the corporate world. It shows the major crisis in big business also.

Two-Phase Method of Solving a Linear Programming Problem - Linear Programming Problems for MB0032 SMU MBA Assignments

I am going to solve two-phase method of linear programming problem with some examples and explanation. The question – linear programming problems, come from MB0032 SMU MBA assignments.

Question - Describe the two-phase method of solving a linear programming problem with an example.

Answer – The drawback of the penalty cost method is the possible computational error that could be result from assigning a very large value to the constant M. To overcome this difficulty, a new method is considered, where the use of M is eliminated by solving the problem in two phases. They are:

Phase 1: Formulate the new problem by eliminating the original objective function by the sum of the artificial variables for a maximization problem. The resulting objective function is optimized by the simplex method with the constraints of the original problem if the problem has a feasible solution; the optimal value of the new objective function is zero (which indicates that all artificial variables are zero). Then we proceed to phase-2. Otherwise, if the optimal value of the new objective function is non-zero, the problem has no solution and the method terminates.

Phase 2: Use the optimum solution of the phase 1 as the starting solution of the original problem. Then the objective function is taken without the artificial variables and is solved by simplex method.

Moong Dal Tadka – Moong Tadka Recipe – Cooking Moong Dal Tadka Recipe with Gram Dal

Today, I learned to cook Moong Dal Tadka. It is the most famous in the Asian country like – India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Moong Dal is known as split bean, Mung bean and Mung Dal also. It has three colours – green, black and yellow. Here, I have learned to cook black and green Moong Dal Tadka recipe with Gram dal. At first, I collected some ingredients to cook Moong Dal Tadka recipe – 100 gm black Moong Dal, 100 gm Gram Dal, 100 gm green Mung bean, ½ spoon ginger paste, 1 spoon garlic paste, 1 piece onion, ½ spoon turmeric powder, 1 tomato, 1 spoon coriander leaves, 5 pieces green chili, 4 spoon Ghee and salt according to taste.

Cooking methods of Moong Dal Tadka recipe with mix Gram Dal:

Before cooking the recipe, keep all the dal in water before 24 hours. This process will make them bigger in size and soft. On the time of cooking, heat the dal till soft in pressure cooker.

Black Moong Dal, Green Moong Dal and Gram Dal in water to make them soft.

On the time of cooking, boiled the dal in presser cooker on medium heat.

Fry all the ingredients to cut them in small pieces in ghee. After 5 minutes, add the dal also and water according to requirement.

Finally, leave it 5-8 minutes on medium flame. After that, mix coriander leaves and tomato.

The Moong Dal Tadka recipe has various names like – Moong Parippu Tadka recipe, Gram Dal Moong Tadka recipe, Mung Bean Tadka etc. I really liked the recipe.

Today, I learn to cook jackfruit Kofta recipe. Now, I am going to cook Kofta recipe of jackfruit. I think it will be much delicious than other recipe which I like to eat. I just learn to cook it from my friend. To cook the recipe I have collected some ingredients which are - Jackfruit 500 gm, garam masala powder, ginger powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili, garlic paste, gram (besan) flour and coriander leaves. At first, I boiled the jackfruit to cut it in small pieces. After this process, I mixed that in gram flour and make small pieces to fry that. After having fried that I fried all the ingredients and put up water. At last, I putted fried jackfruit kofta in gravy. Finally, Jackfruit Kofta recipe was on front of me. Oh, it is not just great but it is incredible recipe. Just, look into Jackfruit Kofta recipe and taste it.

There is another story which moves around Sugna. She is Jagdish’s sister. She also was married in her childhood. Continuously she falls in love with her husband before second marriage (Vidai). Suddenly on the day of her second marriage she lost her husband. It was very dark day for Balika Vadhu TV serial. Now, she follows all the rules and regulation which is ordered by her grandmother (Kalyani). Slowly, she again falls in love with another guy. The guy is very honest and fight with all tradition and customs in his house or society to adopt Sugna however, he knows that Sugna is already pregnant. It is the greater step for Balika Vadhu TV serial storyline where all the customs and traditions break. Finally, we have to watch that he got succeed to adopt Sugna or not? I will appreciate the COLORS and Balika Vadhu TV serial who have changed the Kalyani to adopt this type of marriage. Indian and western fusion influences has been seen in the “Bhor bhayo” song. “Dolna” is a slow-paced song which has lack of sensation in the context of the song. “Nachle” has fast music which is beyond the movie. “Aasma choona hai” has also same music of “Nachle”. Don’t be confused. It is not egg curry. It is just omelet. Just now, I am cooking egg omelet. This is my delicious break fast recipe. I collected some ingredients to cook omelet – green chili 4 pieces, 2 eggs, one piece onion, ¼ spoon salt and 2 spoons mustered oil. I arranged a nonstick pan. I cracked both eggs in a glass and mixed all the ingredients to cut them into slice. I heat the pan and putted mustered oil. After some times, I putted cracked eggs into the pan. Now, omelet was ready. Today I feel, it is the best egg omelet which is cooked by me.
