
Just now, I cooked Potato and Pointed Gourd Dum recipe. Potato and Pointed Gourd Dum recipe is the combination of Paratha. So, I want to share cooking tips of Paratha and Potato-Pointed Gourd Dum recipe.
Potato and Pointed Gourd Dum Recipe ingredients:
Pointed Gourd 2 pieces, Potato 2 pieces, Onion 1 piece, Red chili 2 pieces, Black Pepper ¼ spoons, Cumin ¼ spoons, Turmeric Pulse ½ spoons, Garlic Pulse 1 spoon, Ginger ½ spoons, Coriander seeds 1 spoon, 1 Piece Tomato, Coriander leaves 1 spoon and Mustered oil.
Potato and Pointed Gourd Dum Recipe Cooking Tips:
Cut Pointed Gourd in proper dimension that should be in 4 pieces. Potato should but cut in the same way of Pointed Gourd. Onion should be cut in very small pieces. Now, fry Potato and Pointed Gourd in mustered oil. Now, add onions with all the spices. Spices should be in the paste format. Fry spices with cut onions. Now, add water in the spices and mix fried Potato and Pointed Gourd. Leave that for 10 minutes. After that time, it will be ready as Potato and Pointed Gourd Dum recipe.
Paratha Ingredients:
Flour powder 500 gm, Cinnamon and Asafoetida 1 spoon and 1 spoon refine oil
Paratha Cooking Tips:
Mix all these ingredients in flour powder. Make the Paratha by this flour powder.
So, it will be delicious and simple recipe that will be known as Paratha and Potato-Pointed Gourd Dum recipe.
